Hello, Welcome to our Return Policy page or RMA (Return Material Authorization). We try to make each purchase smooth and stress free, but we understand that things may happen with your purchase. Be it a shipping issue, the product does not work or is damaged, we hope to make the return process as smooth and stress free as your purchase.
First, contact us and let us know what the issues are and we’ll get your RMA going.

- Once details are provided, we’ll provide you with the RMA number and instructions on returning the package.
- In case your package arrives visibly damaged or the contents are damaged during shipment we may file a claim with our shipper, so please contact us immediately.
- If the product is a DOA or fails during the first 15 days, please contact us.
- For unwanted items see our Restocking Fee section below.
Merchandise must be in the original factory condition and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
Restocking Fees
All items are subject to a 15%-20% restocking fee for unwanted and refused deliveries.

Turnaround
Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm, Pacific Standard Time.
Carriers
In conjunction with Estafeta, we use the following carriers to ship and deliver your order:

- UPS
- FedEx
Order Tracking
Once a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
Shipping Rates
The shipping cost of your order to Mexico will depend on the weight of your order and on the speed and track-ability you select. To see shipping methods and options, please add products to your shopping cart and then use the Shipping Calculator in the basket.
How long will it take to receive my order?
On average, we usually see orders being delivered within 10 to 15 business days. However, if there are any customs issues we cannot guarantee specific arrival dates or times.
Please be advised that we are not responsible for any clearance delays, and such delays can extend delivery times.
Customs & Country Regulations
While we do our best to make sure that we don’t ship prohibited products into Mexico, it is up to you to double check your country import policies before ordering. Orders that are seized by your local customs cannot be refunded however orders that are returned to us will be refunded the full amount minus shipping charges.

If your parcel is being returned for reasons such as; Unclaimed, Incomplete/Insufficient Address, Prohibited/Banned items, or being Refused, only when the parcel arrives back to our facility will a refund for the purchase price of the products minus the shipping cost be issued. You may be responsible for return shipping fees.
Unfortunately, unless the order is returned back in undamaged and resalable condition, we cannot issue a refund. We cannot be held responsible for delays and transit times if your parcel is being returned. Refunds issued will be for the cost of the merchandise only; shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

Therefore, each new product sold by MercadoMagico is covered by the individual manufacturer's warranty. (Please check the manufacturer's website for information regarding their specific warranty policy.) For any claim outside the return policy window, the manufacturer will make all warranty decisions. Some manufacturer's will handle warranty claims directly with the consumer, while some will handle warranty claims through MercadoMagico.
